Ever wonder what makes us such wonderful people?

It is all of our special guests! When we smile, our guests smile. When we laugh, our guests laugh.

Just the other day, we found 5 kudos floating through from completely satisfied and happy guests. We thrive on making our guests experience such a welcoming, cozy, at home feeling, even through the phone! If we sense that a guest is not happy, we are not happy.

For example, I got a call from a guest in Canada looking for our Scentstories® disks. She was very disappointed that she couldn't find them in her area. I sent her a catalog and explained all of the great fragrances. I told her my favorite story about the disks.

I had a coworker who owned one prior to us taking over the disks. She said the first time that she used our disks with our fragrances, her neighbor came running over asking her what she was baking since it smelled so yummy!

That is just a taste of stories that our guests hear when they talk with us.
